Warning!!! We like so many other dealers and customers have been ripped off by first 1 that is now called onpoint that is because it is ran by the same people susan hodnett and andy ragula. Just under a different name. (onpoint) they will take all your reserve money and apply it to every different account till there is nothing left. Who ever heard of a bank taken money from tom's account and putting it on part of dick or janes account. Is this even legeal. They never call you back. And when do. (weeks later) they call you liars even though the paper work is right in front of them. The dealer has to buy their vsi insurance (that is not cheap) and they don't even have anyone come look at the damage of the vehicle. Then when they do come maybe months down the road first 1 collects the vsi insurance money and never puts a penny toward fixing the damaged car but still want you to pay the balance of the car owed to them. They expect you to to bow down to them. Susan is a very very very and i can not say it enough very rude person, and andy just hangs up on you when he don't like what you have to say even when it is the truth. I have had people pay off their loans and then first 1 wants them to have the gps unit taken out and sent back to them before first 1 will send them their title. Funny the dealer paid for these gps units not first 1 and they think they can hold the customers title for something that first 1 did not buy.
