We applied for a loan online. We did not accept the loan. When we applied for the loan NO WHERE on the application did it say ANYTHING about charging $34.95 to search other companies for loans or we never would have agreed to it. I woke up this morning to 3 $34 NSF fees and this company debiting an electronic check for $30.00 then they procceeded to debit. 11. 16. 12, &. 14. Causing the NSF fees. I put in a fraud complaint with my bank but have had to put a freeze on my account.
