I wanted to repair my credit so I decided that I'd need a "snap shot" of my debt.
Freescore.com offered this 30 day free trial so I thought "Perfect". They were pleasent enough on the phone, but I had some issues with my addresses over the years and needed to call to verify my identity. Not a big deal. I called, verified, they sent an email thanking me, then I saw my report as promised.
Fast forward 3 weeks... I called and cancelled under the "Free Trial"... Or so I thought... And life was pretty uneventful until today... Sure, I got some emails but figured it was spam...
Apparently, I am still a member... I called to check the status of my membership and I was still active...
What really hacks me off is they say that I did not call because they don't have a recording of me canceling. I asked if they have a recording of my call in to verify my stats... Of course they don't have record of that either. But I have an email:

That email states that a call was made... They don't have a recording of it so I am guessing that this conversation never happened either... Just sayin'
I am going to pull my phone records and sue the fire out of them... Just sayin'
