I Receive a phone call april17th stating i was eligible for a personals loan from a Cindy foster, she represented herself as a consultant and told me she sent me e - mail with loan documents. I went to the link copied the documents, it seemed to good to be true, I don't listen to my conscious I was scammed into sending her a collateral fee for the loan via western union to Canada, not eventhinking I was so desperate I signed away the documents and faxed them back. Sent her the money and waited for deposit i never received. I want to help catch this person so no one else can feel the shame and feel the Burden I do.
