Ripoff, deceptive, predatory lender South Dakota

They promised a certain amount of credit. When I recieved the card, it only had $25 worth of credit line on it. Everything else had been "pre-billed" to my account. I sent it back, and said "no thanks." I keep getting bills, it has ruined my credit.
