I don't have a merchant account with DCS and, I don't understand the individual they keep calling about. Pablo, has named me at might work and, has mentioned the individuals debt with me on many events. I've informed Pablo Ibarra, to prevent calling me and, to stop discussing the individuals debt with me but, he will not quit calling. I'm along the way of lodging a using the Federal Trade Commission, the CA. Attorney General and also the Better Business Office.
