PNC wont close my account

I moved from NC to Tennessee. I named to shut my PNC consideration, however they didnt answer the telephone. Our bill went damaging so that they began getting $7 daily. I eventually got through to some person at PNC. He explained I couldnt close my bill till it'd an optimistic stability. I stated how do I understand what to pay for because there is. A. Daily fee? He said. To simply spend six additional times and mybe it'll be sufficient. PNC received $7B in bailout cash and today they abuse the folks they got it from.
