Assured Foreclosure Services - Home Rescues
Ripoff those most in need of help causing them to potentially lose their house Phoenix

When my husband was laid off after 9-11 we fell on bad times. With little money coming in to pay the bills we became behind on our house payment. The mortgage company would not accept partial payments. They wanted all 3 months payments at once.

When I recieved notice of forclosure on my house I contacted Assured Forclosure. I found them online and their website was very warm and sympathetic. They even warned about possible scams by other companies that could cause you the loss of your home!

They should have added themselves to the warning!

I contacted them and filled out their forms. I let them have one thousand dollars (of which I really needed to help us stay afloat). What I got in return was a big fat nothing! After recieving my money I did not hear from them. I checked their website to see the progress of my case (there wasn't even a case as far as they were concerned... No one had even been assigned to it!)

I contacted them and was told that they couldn't find my paperwork. I resent it. I contacted again the couldn't find it again. I resent it. I contacted again they had no record of my sending the money even though they had taken it by phone from my checking account. I contacted them almost daily to recieve run around and frustrating people who knew nothing of my even being a client. I called my mortgage company and worked out a deal to save my house all by myself without any assistance from their company.

I came within days of losing my home due to waiting for help from their company. I requested my money back and then THEY DECIDED I WAS A CLIENT. All of a sudden it was a matter of trying to cancel a contract. I called daily and requested my money back only to be told that they were processing my request and that I may not be entitled to a full refund! This process went on for close to a year (one month short). I called daily trying to get somewhere.

I contacted the attorney general and was assisted by them in requesting my money. Thankfully the effort paid off and I did recieve a refund. Watch out for those who offer to help when you are losing your home.

By the way. One person at the company stated that they do have an office in Arizona!
