Bogus Collections on fake debt, threats of legal suit downloaded against you within 48 hours, pay now Internet

ACS Incorporation was the supposed sender of an email claiming they were owed $701.40 and would file a lawsuit within 48 hours if not contacted and paid with your debit card. They wrote, "Grab your debit card and email us right now in order to make a payment and freeze down this case."
