My self and Scott have gone through unbelievable tribulations with the Money store aka HOMEQ; who in turn sold to Chase Manhattan Delaware, who is such a big company no one will take responsiblity on which one originated the loan. I suggest we all file with the california and Nevada atty general for a class action lawsuit of unlawful lending practices. I did it to beneficial finance and got money returned and their lending practices changed.
