Homeq forclosed on my property.
The property was sold at auction to a third party.
Homeq recieved full amount of loan plus fees.
I have paperwork confirming this.
Now I am recieveing notices from the IRS that I owe them
$16,000.00
Homeq turned in a loss or forgivness on the loan.
My Attorney sent paperwork to IRS proving this.
IRS is still claiming I owe them.
I am in the proscess of filling out petition forms.
This is wrong. It has caused me great stress.
What can I do?
