Crooked con-artist that took over $8,000 from me in a Ponzi scheme

I thought this woman was my friend and instead she stole thousands of dollars from me. This wasn't just a business deal gone bad. I was asked for basically a loan for a sure investment opportunity. I was told from my friend of 23 years that this was just a loan. I was even told that my check was in the mail.instead she told money that I had set aside for my daughters wedding.
