Widow requests refund

Client widow. Husband sent $17,000 to Tax Group Center Inc. 1 month later (3/24) he died. TGC has done nothing, and will not discuss case. They refer to a "Cancellation and RefundPolicy as stated in the intitial Tax Group Center Service Agreement". If anyone has that can they please fax to me @ Or em to Thanks
