Ripoff

I too have had problems with this bank's credit cards. I have used this card for over a year and a half, and I can't get a new card. I called the number on the back of the card, the number on the statement and another number that I received when I called the lost and stolen card number. I can NEVER get to talk to anyone. It is all automated. My card expired in November and I cannot get another one. What a rip-off company. Tell everyone to stay away from them; I am.
