Ripoff lie to me about send me 2 credt cards

After 30 days wainting for my credit cards i called many times nobody answer the phone or the answer machine was full, promising about i will recive 2 credit cards i pay in front $279,00 they debit from my account they send me today only one book, i will not be calm about we need do something, somebody need stop them stolen money from honest people, please help me.
