They debited my bank account 299.00 dollars for a non secured visa card, with a 3000.00 limit which I also never recieved. I recieved some package with a catalogue of junk in it that I could order stuff from, I called and asked fpr a refund 2 months ago and have still not recieved a refund. They told me to send them a letter in order to get my refund. This company and quantum credit have both scammed me out of 299.00 dollars, there has to be some way to stop these people from stealing our money. I have a family and am disabled and cannot afford to lose any more money. What can we do to stop these people?
