Failed to process gym cancellation which was sent registered mail per contract. ABC continued to make fraudulent charges and harass with phone calls. No measure of evidence would cause them to stop and they ultimately sent the fraudulent charges to a collections agency. Hours of time was wasted on phone calls and runarounds. I would never again do business with any organization who uses ABC for their billing services.
