I was contacted by Diane Collymore in regards to being approved for a loan of $5000.00 through Atlas Lending Group.
Ms. Collymore forwarded me a loan agreement and after concideration I accepted the terms offered.
I was then contacted by Diane Collymore reporting the lender required a total of $900.00 to be deposited before the loan could be processed, based on my credit score and that it was needed for Insurance reasons.
I was then contacted by a Linda Sharp who represented her seld as a customer service represenative stating the same thing Ms. Collymorte had previously said. I declined sending any further monies at that time. Ms. Sharp then explianed she applied for a goverment grant and that the complany had resources to access that could assist with funding the remaining amount the lender, Reggie Manning, was requesting and that amopunt woiuld be submitted to Mr. Manning, the lender by Atlas Lending group. After num erous calls and still no loan deposit made, I was then contacted by Linda Sharp stating the lender said the amount that Atlas was sending on my behalf through this un-named goverment loan, he was declining that and requested me the borrower submit hald the amount of $1500.00, again regferring that was needed for insurance of the loan.
I declined the loan and immedicatly requested my refund be forwarded immediatly of the $900.00.
I was told I would recieve my refund at the begining of the billing cycle, was told that was the first of every month and a represenative would contact me to confirm the delivery address, mail must be signed for upon delivery.
No refund has arrived.
