I am Patrick. I hgad a payday loan in TX that they closed account in oct. It is now march and i am hgeting cal from thier colllectopn agency that took over the account i forget therre name the collection agebcy number is 888-341-0581 caling on aces behalf this collector calls me 2 days in a row demanding money.
He gave me some monthly amounts i cannot afford. BUT when i offerd what i can affor=d without jepordizing food for me or my family, rent. Elec and so on he would not accept
. There are taking me to court i offered to mnlae payments arangements what i can afford to pay. Y]they would not accept this.
Also this is opast the texas statue of limitations of 4 years, whewn i told hu]im thise he said he did not care and was going to pusue legal action anyway.
He is harrasing me and will not work with me. I no i may owe the money but dont i have any right as a consumer if past SOL?
Also when i toolk loan i after lost my job and could not fine one at that time for almost a year and had to live with family..
