When this company first called they pushed and pushed me to try working for them as my own business. It cost me $6,275.00 on my credit card to do so.
Three days later I faxed a letter to them to cancel it. A man from the company called me and coerced me to try it again. He said they don't go by that rule of refunding your money if you cancel within three days. He also said they would refund me $695.00 to help pay my credit card for 3 months, which they did.
I have been fighting cancer for 8 years and I have developed neuropathy in my feet and cannot stand on my feet too long. It requires many hours of standing to record names and addresses in the County Court House, and I couldn't do it. Also I developed liver cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy.
I called them and talked to the man who told me I would be able to cancel after 3 days and he said I had to write a letter to their office in Salt Lake City which I did. I received a letter from them denying me a refund. They said to keep trying to do the work.
It was impossible as I cannot stand that long without getting severe cramps in my feet and legs. I have the whole kit ready to send back to them, but won't until I am assured of my refund.
Then, to make things worse, I received a booklet in the mail to join the Stefanchik Organization for only $169.00. They must have sent this to me by mistake, but why would they only charge that amount when I had to pay $6,275.00?
I think that is a ripoff and I want my money back.
