EPS Impossible cancellation policies, Customer service lies. Know who, when you talk to

EPS has been a nightmare I was oligated to their tactics for 5 years. Customer service is under educated on the policies, I finally cancelled my services after several prior attempts. This must be attempted 90days prior to renewal date and within a 30 day period after 5 years of service So put it on your calendar. Must be a faxed letter. No fax Number on statements or web site. So call them again?

I did all of this and called Customerservice when I actually stopped using their CC service and started with another Company. I was told fax was received and cancellation was complete. Because I don't have a confirmation # they continued to charge my account monthly and annual fees. I recently discovered double fees were due to EPS and not my current CC service. I've been told without the confirmation # I have to start the cancellation process again and I'm out the $870 in charges. I have not used their services and received no correspondence since June
