National Motor Co Inc (apparently the corporate office of Easy Credit Store who provides online payday loans at a high interest rate) had financed a payday loan for me. As if the interest rates and the never budging principles weren't enough of a scam, but when I actually tried to pay it off, they bilked me out of even more money. When I called to pay my balance in full (finance fee included) I was told that the system was down and they'd have to run it through corporate. They never did. Come payday (due date for loan fees) they charged me the fee only (leaving my principle standing and interest accruing).
I called to have the remainder of the amount charged without an additional fee, again they were agreeable. Again, it did not get charged. They then tried to charge me my principle with fee twice. The charges were pending and then disappeared the next day. Still I was not charged. When I called again, they told me my card was declined and that they had to charge a returned fee now and I was now owing them almost double what I was trying to pay. After arguing on the phone with the "intimidating" boss, we finally agreed to charge me my principle with fee (waving the return fee). They ended up getting an extra $100 from me. Do not use any product offered by this company unless you enjoy paying out of the a*.
