I signed up for this thinking it would consolidate my debts. After the initial review, I decided this was not what I wanted so I called for a refund. I filled out the refund paperwork and sent it back in. I called several times about my refund and was told it would be in my account by a certain day of the month. This went on for atleast 4 months. I contacted the BBB and they contacted the company. The company agrees that I am due a refund, but that the processors have to take care of it. I have called several times after that and they are rude and never give me a clear answer.
