Charged after I canceled service

On 01/20/2011 I registered for fax by mail. On same-day my partner believed to stop support because he bought a brand new fax machine. I did so, I terminated within hours of registering. The client support representative was excellent and guaranteed me that I'd not be billed at-all, which I'd thirty days incase I improved my brain and indian if transformed my mind. After thirty days I'd need to registered all once again.

Today 04/26/2011 I examined my banking account and noticed where I had been debited for 9.99 by the corporation. I sent fax.com many times before my mail was recognize, then I named (888-429-4615) and about the sixth attempt I acquired to talk to a genuine individual! Some tips about what he explained, " this isn't my fax.com I'm sorry however, you are calling a wrong company." Nevertheless when I told him the # on the site for fax.com is what I had been calling and was subjected to thru to him he explained, " I actually donot understand what state, I am talking about you're calling the incorrect organization" and hungup. All I'd like is my money-back, 9.99.
