They billed me inocorrectly, charged me over 120 dollars for it and wouldnt even respond to phone calls faxes or emails. Filed a claim with the bbb they didnt nothing in response. Said that my credit rating wouldnt be affected it was. Do not let these people buy out your student loans, thier staff is incredibly unorganzied and incompetent.
