I was solicited by First Data as a Sam's Club business member. They offered specials and guaranteed to be the lowest priced credit card processing especially to Sam's Club members.
After dozens of calls they couldnt follow through with anything they promised. After speaking to management many times it only got worse. They shipped equipment to us that we didnt order or need. We returned it and they kept billing us for it. They tried to direct bill our account but I was fortunate enough not to have used that account anymore.
They made charges that didn't exist and would not do anything to correct it.
The messed up service was so bizarre that we (my staff and I) are making an ongoing video regards the whole mess to put on YOUTUBE. It is being filmed inpart in front of the Fort Walton Beach Sam's Club Building on Beal Barkway. It starts out by saying beware first data and sam's club and goes on to explain the crazy stuff.
