My partner was totally taken in by these con artists and ripped off with the understanding he was going to be provided with a suitable loan with the information given.
They proceeded to take 70 from his account after he'd electronically signed the agreement, only to now be bombarded with loan offers which don't take into account the criteria set out in the original documentation! Totally pointless!
We have been informed that we can get a 65 refund but the form they sent via e-mail won't open and they refuse to do anything about it, It makes me laugh that you can electronically sign money away but can't do the same to recieve it! They are doing their best to make things as difficult as possible to get our money back and have no intention of helping resolve this matter..
God knows how many people this company have suckered in but i won't give up till i get our money back! 70 might not seem like much to some people but it is to us and our children! After all we only went down this avenue to help us out of a financial situation, so far its made things worse!!
