Under no circumstances use this service, it is the worse they have no idea what there doing, and there customer service is just as bad. I have been on chat with the live support rep for over 5 hours in 2 days, trying to get my 2008 and 2009 taxes done. They have again and again sent me the forms filled out wrong, after riding them for hours upon hours, they finally got my 2009 returns right on there 4th try, and I am still trying to get them to fix my 2008 return, which I am now on attempt number 5 to get it right, they or beyond incompentent, but I ride them holding out hope they might eventually get it right since I know there is no chance that I will ever get a refund. I have also included in this form my transcripts with customer service that I was able to save.
