First I will start by saying I knew what I was getting into when I did the fast cash loan. I only qualified for $50 that was no big deal. That's one thing, but this is a whole new situation. I then recieved a call on Monday the 16th stating that my W-2's were online and if I bring my 2010 W-2'S we could go ahead and file but it had to be done then! So I went in and filed which they went over my fees after they filed it!!! This is where it gets crazy. The fees I'm being charged are for the $50 loan and the 24-48 hour RAL loan. My money is still not back and I'm still being charged $600 for filing!!! Never will I use this service and never will I recommend to anyone. If anything I will do my best to bring them down they are total rip-offs!!! How can they charge for a RAL if you didnt qualify for one? The only fees i should be paying are the filing fees, prep fees, and for the $50 loan. To top it off I recieved no paper work with the fees just my copy of return. I'm gonna get my whole file and hopefully never hear from these phonies again! God don't like ugly!!!
