I went to Instant Tax service to get my taxes done. They said they could get my w2's early so I did give them my employers tax id number. They called me on a sat at work and said they could file if I would bring a copy of my pay stub and sign the paper. I asked my daughter to stop in and do that for me. I called them back the lady said my daughter had been in so she filed my taxes. Only to find out later my daughter had not went in and signed the paper for me. When I went to pick up my tax papers I asked where was the fees they told me it was 329.00 to do my taxes so I said ok. When my state check was deposited they took all but 184.00. I called and asked why was over 600.00 gone they said instant tax service got that money for fees. I went to instant tax service and talked with the woman she said that she was sorry I was not shown the paper with the fees on it but it cost 629.00 for ral. I never recieved an ral so I asked her why I was charged she said that she would get me 150.00 back. Well needless to say I've never recieved it. This place is taking clothes and food away from kids is the way I look at it. They really need to be shut down. I would like to join any civil lawsuits against this company.
