Okay, I was very thankful for some financial assistance when I didn't have time to leave my office.
Yes, every transaction with Sonicpayday.com was challenging; multiple faxes and emails of the same information that never seemed to be received on their end. Disconnected calls. Waiting to speak to someone was like waiting for God to appear.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & MISLEADING STATEMENTS. They advertise "Now You Can Borrow Up To $1500 Til Your Next Payday." Not true, that only applies if your paycheck is automatically deposited. I earn enough to borrow the maximum, yet they will only loan me $600. Their website also indicates that the funds will be available in 24 hours. Not true, I have never received the funds in 24 hours and I had an incident where I did not receive the funds for nearly a week.
FRAUD. The loan repayment is based upon how many days til you can repay... They determine the days when you first apply. They overcharge you because you simply do not get the funds when promised, on average it takes three business days to process. Also, when they repay themselves, they take more out than they should. For some reason they always split your repayment amount into two transactions and when they pay themselves back, they average up the amount of the repayment, sure they are taking out only a few cents more than they should but that is still dishonest.
Imagine all the accounts they are overcharging...
UNTIMELY SUPPORT. What has really created alot of frustration for me personally is they did not fulfill on their multiple assurances that the loan was approved and the funds would be released.
Actually, no one noticed that my banking information was missing from their paperwork (due to their computer glitch) and no one took the actions to either notice the error or communicate in a timely manner so the matter could be straightened out effectively.
Almost one week after the funds were suppose to be deposited I received a lovely NSF NOTICE FROM MY BANK IN EXCESS OF $200. So far no one has taken responsible action for the clerical error of Sonicpayday.com, two weeks later, I am still awaiting a resolution to this matter.
It is my highest suggestion that anyone interested in obtaining a payday advance loan — DON'T DO IT ONLINE — please go directly to your neighborhood payday advance company, the charges are less and you walk away with the check that very day.
