Bank of America Steals Child Support

Bank of America billed me $140.00 in costs on 1/9, plus they published my assistance examine ($758.00) on 1/10. After I reported they published that after researching my situation they'd matter a $35.00 credit, it is simply totally absurd! When they were within the right then how can they warrant the $35.00 credit, was it something special? I also enjoy the sarcasm, "prestigious client" and going out that my checking account was at zero! I am a divorced mother-of two operating twenty four hours per week while getting the conditions for nursing and my child-support was over per month behind! I actually donot believe the banks generally have been in any placement to create cynical comments about managing types funds! I've created for them many times to no avail! They declare they're warranted and published the next, "Please be recommended the $758 credit from CT Child-Support is definitely an Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) deal. After researching the ACH purchase details our documents demonstrate the credit was planned from the initiator to publish on 1/10." Why might CT Support Enforcement make me wait till the 10th to get cash owned by me? How handy for BOA! Based on CT Support Administrationis automatic support the cash was transferred on 1/6. Today after spending expenses I am left with $40.00 in my own consideration till next Friday, and I cannot purchase gasoline, goods or other things! The very best component is the fact that of the inspections they "included, " not just one of these totaled $35.00. Bank of America's guidelines would be the unfortunate consequence of corporate greed!
