I am a landlord of a commercial property. One of my tenants has a NY lotto machine. At some point after May of NY lotto upgraded their equipment. They hired a company named G/Teck, who later hired another company named Supervision to do the work. Without my permission, they went on my flat roof and installed a satellite connecting it improperly. They also drilled holes on my flat roof to run their wires. They caused water damaged in two stores. Who do i complained to? Should i contact a lawyer? I have photo of before and after the work.
