In Dec I attempted to make a payment through my Iphone 3 weeks ahead of due date. A week later, I receive a notice that the payment was rejected. A call to the bank from which the account was drawn reflected the account security questions had been changed. I requested that the account should be frozen until I could determine why and if any funds had been removed. I discovered that the bank has problems with iPhine/iPad technology and so the payment was rejected due to the account being frozen at my request even though I paid the same amount due through another account with no problems. She said she could repair the account. She later said her manager stopped her actions and I would have to submit something in writing which would take 2-3 weeks. Her supervisor, Carla said that nothing could be done and the account was closed. Her supervisor, Joe stated I would be "considered" for a new account but that this will reflect on my credit history. I have had this account for 10 years and have never missed a payment or have been late. Joe said because this one transaction was rejected twice within 12 months, my account will automatically be closed.
