Our charge card was billed after I ended membership to some "TLG Consumer" "Daily Rights Platinum" (Trilegiant Corporation) support including a "free trial offer" which specified the customer wouldn't be billed following a trial interval when the support were ended.
"Free" digital camcorder (that was the marketing for that test registration) was never obtained, and termination of test enrollment wasn't completed regardless of my phone towards the Trilegiant Corporation seeking a cancelation within test interval time period.
Fraud. Cramming. Unauthorized Costs.
