My sister has been paying on a loan that I co-signed on for more than 3 years. Not a penny has ever come off of the principal amount. She has been late a couple of times, and was disable so the insurance was supposed to pay, but did not pay the full payment.
They call her and I several times a day, even after she has scheduled a payment for them to take out of her account.
We have requested an accounting on where the money has been applied only to be told it's in the mail or they can't send one. Which is it? We have talked to collections to get a printout of the payments only to be told to talk to the branch. The branch always says that it's in the mail.
To date, the loan should have been paid almost down at least 2/3rds, but is still the same amount when we took out the loan 3 years ago.
Trying to file with Consumer Protection Agency in Utah to get them involved, but would also be interested in joining a class action suit against this company.
