I had a Spiegel Charge and when the Card Processing Center took over, they charged me an over limit fee when they first took the account. Every month for 6 months they charged me an late fee and an overlimit fee on the late fee. I tried calling but was told I had to write to them, which I did never to hear back from them. They have charged me over $350.00 in fees, even though I make payments on time each month. I am assuming they are holding the payments to gain the excess fees. Please file complaints against this company so we can stop them.
