Just a big red flag, do not give these people your credit card info to let them "help" you. I am tired and low, it's Christmas and I was vulnerable. Answered the phone and this company said they could get my interest rate down to 0%, 3 at most. Bells and whistles should have gone off, I went with them praying it was real! $495 application charged between 2 cards, had to do now they said. I did it. Came down to computer to see this other persons issues then read a court document for their home name Excelorated Services in Florida, judgement of over 5 million dollars for fraud!
I called my credit card company within minutes, the charges where there but pending, they closed the 2 cards and will not give them the money. Fraudulent charges! I feel so stupid, I know better! We want things to be fixed and I guess even the mighty will fall. DO NOT give your card info to this company, man they were good, they are evil. Merry Christmas to them to.
