M.R. Carter, LLC contacted me on July 14, that's when the problem started. I opened Account Number MRC10003318 to receive assistance in getting my credit card percentages lowered. M.R. Carter took $595.00 from my two credit cards.
Their contract states that if they are unable to assist me, in getting my credit card rates reduced, I would be refunded in 30 days. I have kept my credit card statements from July through December I was not refunded.
Tim, from M.R. Carter's refund department said that i had claimed fraud, this is an outright lie!!! I contacted both of my credit card companies, they said I had not claimed fraud, there was no record of fraud. The Action taken by M.R. Carter forced me to close both credit card accounts.
I contacted the BBB for some assistance and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, for some assistance, unfortunately they were unable to help very much because M.R. Carter, LLC failed to co-operate. I am not the only person that has been frauded by this company.
It is now December and I still have not received my refund!!! I feel that M.R. Carter, LLC are fraudsters and liars. I could not afford to lose this amount of money, they are thieves and should be put out of business.
