Saw the ad in May 0f 2003 on t.V. And called for more information, Salesman Neal Sanuck was very charming and helpful at first then after he recieved our money was completely unavailable. I was told that we could have machine up and running within 45 days.
After a few weeks went by and no word of a location we gave them some ideas to check out for us and still no follow up, by then the machine was on our way to our house. On the packing was written do not call customer.
We found our own location for machine in a large mall at the cost of $600.00 a month. We figured we were ready to go. But no we were told by Eddy Gregorian from Nationwide that they could not forward our paperwork to Accram for the machine to be installed untill they had proof that we had signed a lease with the mall, so we signed the lease on 9/17/03 and had to start paying rent. We were also told that it would take a couple of more weeks for Accram to send out a tech to set it up.
After numerous attempts and many emails, a tech came out in November and was not able to set up machine, He said due to wiring issues.in January we had to cancel the contract with the mall because we were not getting anywhere or getting any help.
This has all been a nightmare, I am disabled and was led to believe that this was a business that I could have taken on.
