I’m a Lender of Scotland Current account-customer. I popped my bill a couple of years before after I existed in Scotland, but have since transferred towards the south of England. I’m currently on incapacity benefit, and am on the debt-management arrange for a Lloyds TSB charge card I'd, spending £10 monthly for them by check.
The thing is this 1 of the current cheques I published was removed my consideration as £100, in the place of £10! It had been obviously an error (that’s the only real cost I create by check therefore it’s never as although it had been puzzled with another thing) and so I called BoS to protest.incredibly, in the place of repairing it, or accepting to research, they stated they’d deliver me a duplicate of the check (that they’d cost me £5!) and when there is absolutely an error then they’d consider it! I couldn’t think it but didn’t appear to have much decision.
The backup check came about 3 days later. Even though dot within the “£1.00” numbers was very weak, it had been absolutely there, and also the phrases absolutely stated “One pound only”. And so I called BoS back plus they subsequently stated I'd to go right into a Lender of Scotland department so that they might cope with it – even though I reside in Britain today! I’m at my wits end – my balance is £99 along, that we could ill-afford, with no-one appears to wish to take responsibility due to their error
