i belive this is related to the capital credit card complaints that i have seen on your web site
same offer send $37.00 for processing or $43.00 for rush
0% interest rate and guaranteed limit of $15,000
there is no phone number on the mail out at all and i think these people have stolen enough money from people and it is best to stop this before more people give away there hard earned money. I only wished I found this web-site before sending these assholes $43.00. I was hoping to use credit card to my my son's a 4 wheeler. I received the offer in the mail and thought this is too good to be true. These people need to be stoped!!! These people cashed my check the same day they received it. I hope they choke on it!!!
