Arvest Bank had mortgage a telecom organization about Two-Million Bucks and was attempting to foreclose via Bankruptcy Court.
Our client includes a closed contract with Arvest Bank. Our customer is just a telecom organization in Oklahoma and was a ready buyer and was dealing with Arvest and Arvest’ lawyers whilst the Slowing Mount Customer.
Since The lawyers for Arvest required the simple method and didn't document an entire and correct Creditor’s Strategy within the Bankruptcy Judge – the Judge didn't take Arvest Strategy which may have announced my customer whilst the Harassment Horse Customer which may have guaranteed our legal costs might have been compensated.
Our client done in great faith and claimed in courtroom for Arvest that really help Arvest obtain the lender to create an offer to stay their suit — which Arvest has approved.
Arvest Bank will not pay my customer for the lawyer costs of $50,000. Our customer has become contemplating spending more income to document case.
My estimation is Arvest Bank employed our aid then robbed us out-of $50,000.
