Rip-off! The company trys to get you to give your account info and pay fees up front

I got a a membership card in the mail. It stated that I had been approved for $6500 in credit. While reading the letter I notice they referenced a catalog. While reading further I notice where they asked for checking account infomation. I then looked for a Website and did not see one and I reseached the compnay online and FRAUD popped up everywhere.
