This agency is nothing but a bunch of low lifes. First of all, their not so professional staff has a tendency to yell at you if they can't understand you on the phone. Second, they enjoy talking down to you. This is especially true if you are a woman. They can be a downright smart ass at times.
I unfortunately am now dealing with them due to a defaulted credit card from Chase. All reasonable offers to settle our account were refused by them. I believe the worst part is that the Maryland District Court is on their side, they use it to their full advantage. My advice to all is to avoid these people and if your account ends up being sold to them, fight them and the court tooth and nail.in hindsight, the account should have been settled through Chase before it got sold.
Lesson learned.
