Ripoff, you pay in full and will still report charge off on credit report, more like NOT-SO-Fair Rip-off Finance Company

Will tell you bill was paid in full.
Will send you paper work saying paid in full.
Will put on credit report charged off, paid in full by dealer.
Will NOT take off credit report no matter how many times you dispute it and send in paperwork to the credit bureaus.
