I settled my bill promptly with ga energy but since i settled it atone of the so-called approved payment places (metro pcs) atleast that's what it says at city. They cut my power-off.in order the guy was reducing it of i stated delay, delay i settled my bill promptly. Let us call ga energy now and that i have the receipt. He proceeded to disconnect my power with my husband and two babies in the home, and all he explained was these are my purchases. Now they wish to make me pay the reconnect fee and pay the remainding stability they'll i would like to wait two weeks to pay for another $200 in the place of paying it now, truly. They said it was stop since they didn't get the payment however... Okay. The manager explained to send our receipts over and that i did and so they just called to let me know the service will be restored nowadays. When the guy might have only heard me out the disconnection fee might have been eliminated, and that i also might have paid the remainding stability using the next statement. ANSWER: I'll just spend my statement at ga energy the next time, I'll attempt to move to some location that's additional power companies whenever we transfer, and that I understand since ga energy just wishes your cash, and children or not they do not care.
