I opened the account with WaMu for simply collect checks that I recieve from my tenants. I do not pay any bills on the internet with WaMu. I write checks! I only go online to check the balance of my account and so forth. Each and every month I am charged $5 for this "web bill pay" which I do not have.
I have called many times to cancel this and have asked about the FREE online banking. I was told where to go on the site and how to sign up for this. I knew from the beggining that i did it right. Well, each and every month I am still being charged $5 for this so called "FREE" online banking.
I am soo p*ssed at this banked. They have taken well over $80 from me since I been with them. I've decided to cancel my accont and go else where. I doubt they will give me my money back being they are so... W ell, you decide.
