Excessive HIDDEN closing cost -unexplained additional cost to close on VA refinance

News story on CBS brought this to my attention. The excessive and in cases unexplained charges for refinancing VA mortgage loans. I looked over my contract lot of money financed into my refi closing cost in thousands.
