Donna called us this morning trying to find out information about a former employee of my company. When she asked for the Human Resources department, I disconnected her call. She later called back to try again to pump our customer representative for information regarding this employee. We don't appreciate any company who calls our sales lines to break the law nor do we like businesses whose representatives don't identify themselves unless they are interrogated. I don't see how companies like Delta Management are still business after paying large penalties for violates federal laws. Hopefully, the Federal Trade Commission and other watchdog organizations read the report so that unscrupulous companies like Delta Management are stopped.
